Obituary for Robert J. Wirth

Robert J.  Wirth
Robert J. Wirth, 72, of Allentown, passed away suddenly on January 3, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the son of the late Myrtle Wirth. Born in Allentown, he was a graduate of Dieruff H. S. and worked for the Allentown State Hospital for 40 yrs. before retiring. Later he worked and volunteered at the Allentown Salvation and later the Bethlehem Salvation Army. He also enjoyed helping out at bingo for many years, which benefited the Eastside Youth Center and enjoyed trips to the casino.

Survivors: He is survived by his son, Robert Gorman and his partner Albert Miller of Allentown; daughters Debbie Kemmerer, Lois Kull, and Jo Kleckner all of Allentown; a sister, Bonita and 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother Ronald.

Services: The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, Jan. 11th. from 6-7:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. all in the Bethlehem Salvation Army, 521 Pembroke Rd., Bethlehem.
