Evangeline "Vangie" J. Noll, 86 of Hanover Twp., Passed away on Monday August 1, 2022, in Promedica Health Service, Bethlehem. Born in Mansfield Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Otto and Ruby Wittmer. She was a graduate of Ohio State University with a BA in Fine Arts and a member of Pi Beta Phi National Sorority. She was the companion of Raymond Ballard for 35 years. Vangie worked periodically throughout her life but in more recent years worked for Mascari Carpet and Rug in Allentown as a saleswoman retiring in 2016. Her proudest accomplishment was raising and helping her three sons and being a good cook and mother. she also enjoyed being around people, volunteering and traveling to Hawaii and Europe. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem.

Survivors: In addition to her companion Raymond, she is survived by her sons, William Noll (Tarisa), Spencer Noll (Jeanne), brother, Gene Wittmer; daughter in law, Anne Noll-LeBlanc and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Bradley Noll in 2006.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday, August 8th from 6:00-7:30 P.M. followed by a funeral service at 7:30 P.M., all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem. Graveside services will be on Wednesday, August 10th at 12:00 Noon, at the Mansfield Cemetery, in Mansfield Ohio.
