Ivette Reyes, 62, of Bethlehem, formerly of New York, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 in Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Fountain Hill. She was the beloved friend and companion of Efrain Santiago. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Ruth (Urrutia) Reyes. She was attended Queens Community College in New York and worked for many years as a caseworker in the WIC program until retiring due to illness. She was raised in the Catholic faith and was a member of the Borinqueneers Bike Club..

Survivors: In addition to her companion, Efrain, she is survived by her sons, Angel Ramos of Bethlehem, Gabriel Ramos of Bethlehem, brothers, Michael Reyes, Samuel Reyes and Gabriel Reyes and 8 grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday morning, June 7th from 10AM to 12 Noon followed by a brief prayer service all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem.

With the change in COVID-19 restrictions, those who have not been vaccinated are required to wear a mask at all times in the funeral home. Out of caution we ask that those with compromised immune systems, undergoing chemo therapy or are elderly please consider wearing a mask for your own safety. We thank you for your understanding.
