Jacquelyn Ann Malik, 87, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday evening, November 2, 2022. Born in Marion NC, she was a daughter of the late A. Jack and Claudia (Sims) Hewitt. she worked many years as a journalist and market analyst before retiring and was an active member of Rosemont Lutheran Church in Bethlehem.

Survivors: She is survived by her loving daughters, Deirdre Sumpter (Christopher Jones) of Bethlehem, Elisa Jarrell of Durham NC; sister, Rachel Bockert of Wilmington NC; grandsons, Ryan and Dylan Jarrell. She was preceded in death by her brothers, A. Jack Hewitt and Thomas Hewitt.

Services:Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Rosemont Lutheran Church, 16th Ave. and West Broad Street, Bethlehem. A reception will follow the service. Arrangements are entrusted to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
