John M. Bedics, 79, of Bethlehem Twp., passed away on January 30, 2022 in his home, surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Frances (Gentile) Bedics with whom he shared 59 years of marriage. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Francis and Lila (Breidinger) Bedics. John served in the National Guard and later began a career at Bethlehem Steel working there for 32 years until retiring in 1995. He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Miller Heights and a member of the Heights A.A., Bethlehem.

Survivors: In addition to his wife, Frances, he is survived by his daughters, Natalie Marakovitz (Steve) of Lwr. Nazareth Twp., Roxanne Williams (Douglas) of New Tripoli; brothers, Francis Bedics Jr. of Allentown, William Bedics of Bethlehem, Michael Bedics of Bethlehem; sister, Marie, Macchia of CA; grandchildren, Ronald Gaffney III (Alexis); Taryn Danish (Austin), step-grandson, Zach Williams and great grandchildren, Ronald IV and Arianna.
