Lucyna Foltynska, 77, of Allentown, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the beloved wife of the late Czeslaw Foltynski who passed in 2013. Born in Kossaki Poland, she was a daughter of the late Jan and Helena (Zdunczyk) Kosakowski. She was a member of Incarnation of our Lord Catholic Church, Bethlehem and a member of the former Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Allentown.

Survivors: She is survived by her children, Zbigniew Foltynski (Bozena), Barbara Mazuchowski (Stephen), Krzysztof Foltynski, Jacek Foltynski (Marzena); grandchildren, Patricia, Victoria, Robert and Veronica. She is also survived by a sister in Poland. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents and husband are 5 brothers and sisters.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, February 2nd from 2-4:00PM and 6-8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 3rd from 9-9:30 AM all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem. Following the viewing Thursday, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. in Incarnation of our Lord Catholic Church, 617 Pierce Street, Bethlehem. Burial -Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
