Allen C. Borda, 79, of Bath, Passed away suddenly at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Hecktown Oaks, on January 23, 2026. He was residing at Gracedale Nursing Home. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Lewis and Gloria (Landis) Borda. He was a graduate of Northampton High School and entered the U. S. Army where he served during Vietnam and became a correspondent reporting on the war. He then attended East Stroudsburg University graduating with a degree in Secondary Education. He was a teacher in the Northampton Area School District for many years and later a social worker at Haven House in Allentown retiring in 2016.
Allen enjoyed music intensely and even was a DJ during his high school years.He also liked good food and movies. Most notable he enjoyed traveling around Europe and live in London briefly. He also enjoyed time spent with his family and especially his nephews.

Survivors: Allen is survived by his brothers, Craig Borda (Beth), David Borda, his nephews and extended family. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Borda (late Sue).

Services: Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to JAMES FUNERAL HOME, Bethlehem.
