Carl J. "Sonny" Blank, 57, of Freemansburg, died on Saturday Aug. 15th. He was a truck driver for many years last working for Fedex, until becoming ill. He was a member of the 540 Democratic Club, Monocacy Field and Stream and the Grover Cleveland Club. He was of the Catholic faith. Born in Washington State, he was a son of the late Herman and Rosemary Blank. He is survived by his beloved wife of Deborah (Koch) Blank; sons, Rick Buskirk (Crystal), Bobbyjoe Buskirk, David Buskirk (Melissa); sisters, Theresa Beatty, Cecelia Ruiz, Debbie Klotz; grandchildren, Taylor, Matthew, James, Justin,, Ariel, David, Kyleigh, Kayleigh, Dylan and one due in December. He was preceded in death by grandson, Cyrus and brother John.

Services: A viewing will be held on Wednesday Aug. 19th. from 10 - 12:00 Noon in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem, 18018. A Blessing Service will follow at 12:00 Noon.
