Carol J. Ernst, 61, of East Allentown, passed away on October 25, 2016 in Westminster Village, where she had been receiving hospice care. She was the wife of the late Rocky Ernst who passed away October 24, 2013. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Richard Fried and Kathryn Prospero. She worked for D&D Market in Catasauqua, as a clerk for several years.

Survivors: she is survived by her sisters, Dominica Prospero of Freemansburg, who had been caring for Carol; Linda Christy (James) of Danville; brothers, Richard Prospero (Susan) of Utah; James Fried of Allentown and 8 nieces and nephews and especially Jonathan Pritchard and Jacob Pritchard to whom she was very close.
