Carrie Elizabeth Blake, 69, of Bethlehem, passed away in her home on Sunday, August 28, 2016. She was the wife of Lawrence Blake of Florida. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Laura (Ritter) Brauchle. She worked in the take off room of Fountain Hill Mill for several years and later after receiving an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, from Northampton Community College, she taught in the Westgate Day Care center for several years until retiring. She was a life long member of Salem Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.

Survivors:in addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Taige Blake who resided with her.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center St. Bethlehem, PA 18018.
