Charles DeBrabander, 89, of Moore Twp., passed away on February 14, 2019, in Gracedale Nursing Home Nazareth, PA. He was the husband of Annabelle (Grochowski) DeBrabander of Wilmington, DE. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of the late, Camiel and Marie DeBrabander. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict and later graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Textile Engineering. He worked for DuPont Chemical Company in Wilmington and later at the Blueridge - Winkler Textile Manufacturing Co. in Bangor, PA, until retiring. He was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors: In addition to his wife Annabelle, he is survived by his son, Charles DeBrabander of Newark, DE; 2 brothers, Leon DeBrabander, Edward DeBrabander, 2 sisters; Marie DeBrabander, Eda Campbell; 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Camiel deBrabander Jr,and his nephew, Mark DeBrabander.
