Dolores Melendez, age 59, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Hospital. She was born September 3, 1959, in Manhattan, to Victor and Maria Melendez. She spent many years as a Task Force Officer in the Bronx. Before moving to Allentown, PA, she lived in the Bronx until 1997. Dolores truly loved life and always loved to laugh and make people laugh. She could make you laugh regardless of the day you are having.

Survivors: She is survived by her daughter Jasmin, her grandchildren, Gregory, Kamora and Trinity, her mother Maria, two brothers, Victor and Jose, her niece's Amanda, Christina and their children.

Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of her family. Arrangements are entrusted to the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, Bethlehem.
