Donald N. Wellner, 90, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday evening in his home. He was the Beloved husband of Joan (Rice) Wellner. Born in St. Clair Schuylkill County, he was a son of the late Leo F. and Marcella (Monahan) Wellner. Donald served for 21 years in the U. S. Army Reserves retiring about 1985. He also worked as a rate setter for Bethlehem Steel for 30 years retiring in 1986. Donald was a member of the Bethlehem YMCA and a parishioner of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

Survivors: In addition to his wife, Joan, he is survived by his daughter, Barbara Duarte (Scott), sons, James Wellner (Kimberly), William Wellner (Deborah), 8 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert, Nicholas and Leo Wellner and sister, Marcella Pennyweight.

Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial of cremated remains will be later in St. Boniface Cemetery, St. Clair Schuylkill County. Arrangements entrust to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
