Doris Christman, 80, of Bethlehem, passed away in her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday evening, February 21, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald Christman who passed in April 2022. Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Emma (Peters) Kromer. She worked as a cook for over 30 years at the former Morales Restaurant, which later became Rudy's and later Doris's in South Bethlehem. She was raised in the Catholic faith.

Survivors: She is survived by her daughters, Lisa A. Smith (LeRoy) of Fountain Hill, Patricia A. OToole of Center Valley; son, Ronald Christman Jr. of Bethlehem; brother, Wayne Kromer; grandchildren, Christina Velez (Jermaine Velez Sr.), Jessica Christman (Edilyariel Gonzalez), Timothy OToole, Justin OToole and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 5 sisters and 2 brothers.

Services will be private and at the convenience of her family. Cremation arrangements entrusted to JAMES FUNERAL HOME, Bethlehem.
