Elcira M. Montalvo, 62, of Phillipsburg NJ, passed away suddenly on Friday, September 20, 2024 in St. Luke's Hospital-Anderson Campus. She was the beloved wife of Norberto Montalvo with whom she shared over 38 years of marriage. Born in Manhattan NY, she was a daughter of Eduardo and Asuncion (Torres) Luque. She was a member of Bethlehem N El Faro Hispanic SDA Church in Bethlehem.

Survivors: In addition to her husband, Norberto and her parents, Eduardo and Asuncion, she is survived by a daughter, Suzette M. Montalvo and many extended family members and friends.
