Eleanor Alvarado, 79, of Bethlehem, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020, in ManorCare of Bethlehem. She was the beloved wife of the late Ismael Alvarado. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was a daughter of the late Caleb and Cora (Weber) Hicks. Locally, she was a member of Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church.

Survivors: She is survived by her loving children, Kevin Hicks, Jeanette Tellez (Fernando), Ismael Alvarado,
Tracey Alvarado, Brenda Alvarado; son in law, Pedro Rivera; brothers, Robert Hicks, William Hicks, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren with one on the way. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Grace Alvarado in 2019 and 6 brothers and sisters.

Services: Graveside services for Eleanor Alvarado who died on November 20, 2020 have now been scheduled for Friday, May 21, 2021 at 11 A.M. in Holy Saviour Cemetery. The family will gather on the Office Road at the Cemetery. Deacon Sewald of Notre Dame R. C. Church will be the celebrant.
