Gary Berger, 73, of Allentown, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 17, 2022 in his home. Born in East Stroudsburg, he was the son of the late Josephine Berger, who passed away in 2015. Gary worked for many years in the restaurant and hotel industry and worked as a bartender at the former Stonewall Bar in Allentown, the former Diamonz Bar in Bethlehem and in the last several years worked for the Hotel Bethlehem where he was a bartender and was instrumental in holiday decorating around the Hotel until retiring.

Survivors: He is survived by his roommate, Robert Averill, several cousins and many friends throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
