Helen C. Vanderslice, 89 of Bethlehem, formerly of Northampton (Oak Lane), passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022, in Sacred Heart Assisted Living-Saucon Creek. She was the wife of the late Howard W. Vanderslice with whom she shared 57 years of marriage before his passing in May 2015. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late William and Ida (Fedor) Schenk. She was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors: She is survived by her children, Lynne C. Rex (Gordon) of North Carolina; Wayne K. Vanderslice (Harry Boring) of Bethlehem Twp., William H. Vanderslice (Ruthann) of Northampton; sister, Gladys Irion of NJ and 4 grandchildren, Melissa Tyndall (Brian) and Nicholas Rex, Jennifer and William Vanderslice Jr.. She was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Sunday from 3:00 - 5:00 PM and on Monday from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center St. Bethlehem.
