Jacqueline M. Snyder

Jacqueline M. Snyder, 94, of Bethlehem, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026, at St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus. She had most recently resided at Country Meadows in Bethlehem Twp. She was the beloved wife of the late Eugene W. Snyder, with whom she shared over 63 years of marriage before his passing in 2017.

Born in Allentown, she was a beloved daughter of the late Alois and Pauline (Roberts) Wuchter and a sister of the late Phyllis J. Schadt. Jackie's career started at PPL Corp. and soon transitioned to caring for her home, husband and her sons whom she loved dearly.

She was a member of Holy Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.

Survivors: Jackie is survived by her nephew, Robert J. Schadt (Lora); nieces, Donna Schadt, Patricia Simon (John); several cousins, friends and extended family. In addition to her parents, husband and sister, she was also preceded in death by her sons, Gregory and Jeffrey Snyder.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, August 25th from 12:00 Noon to 12:30 PM followed by a funeral service at 12:30 PM, all from the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center St. Bethlehem. Burial will be at Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall.
