Jean M. Weidner, 95, of Bethlehem, passed away on Saturday Morning, just after midnight, February 27, 2021, in Phoebe Home of Allentown. Born in Allentown and raised in the Lutheran faith, she was a daughter of the late Willard and Sallie (Reitenauer) Yorgey. She worked hard to raise her family for many years as a sewing machine operator at Phoenix Clothing before retiring. She enjoyed time spent with her family, cooking and was a talented artist who enjoyed painting and other crafts that she would sometimes sell or give to friends and family. She especially liked to play BINGO and was a regular player at St. Jane Francis DeChantal Church in Easton.
Survivors: She is survived by her sons, Robert Weidner (wife, Carol), Richard Weidner (wife, Betty); David Thompson (Companion, Leita); 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brother, Willard and sisters, Elaine and Margie.
Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
