Jeanne A. Fazio, 96, formerly of Fort Lee, New Jersey, entered eternal life on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, while a resident of Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth, PA. Born in New York, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Chiara (Pagani) Ballero. She was a former member of Madonna R. C. Church in Fort Lee for many years before moving to Pennsylvania.

Survivors: She is survived by a daughter, Lynn Keane of Easton, PA; son, Joseph F. Fazio of Cliffside Park, NJ; granddaughter, Jeanne Lombardo; relatives and friends.

Services: Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in Madonna Cemetery, 2070 Hoefley's Lane, Fort Lee, NJ, 07024. The funeral procession will leave James Funeral Home, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 for the cemetery at approximately 9:15 A.M.
