Joan Miller, 87, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Wilson W. Miller Jr. "Cap", with whom she shared 67 years of marriage before his passing in 2019. Born in Cleona PA, she was a daughter of the late Russell and Miriam (Emsinger) Granger. Joan was a professional homemaker and caring for her family was very important to her. After her husband's retirement, they spent their summers fishing in Rehoboth Beach, DE, winters in Harlingen, TX and later the gulf coast of FL. They traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and took an occasional cruise. She was a member of the United Methodist faith.

She is survived by her four children, Bradley (wife Kim), Brian (wife Maria), Kristin, and Brett (wife Elizabeth), three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Joan is also survived by her two brothers, Jim (wife Sandy) and John (wife Donna).

Services: Viewing and services will be private. Joan will be laid to rest with her husband, in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
