Joanne Merna, 67, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. She was the wife of the late William Merna, who passed in 1998.  Born in Wilkes Barre, she was a daughter of the late, John and Margaret (Redic) Stusnick.  She was a pre-school teaching assistant in the Bethlehem area School District for many years last teaching at Spring Garden School.  Survivors:  She is survived by her friend and companion, William Little of Hellertown; daughters, Olivia Smith, Molly Merna; sons, John Merna, Michael Ulmer; brothers, Mark Stusnick, John Stusnick;  sister, Patricia Stusnick and 9 grandchildren.Services:  Services are private and at the convenience of the family.   Arrangements are entrusted to JAMES FUNERAL HOME, Bethlehem.
