John  "Jake" S. Ferrara Jr., 49, of Easton, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.   He was the beloved husband of the late Nicola (Kalchick) Ferrara who passed in 2015.   Born in Austin TX, he was a son of John S. Ferrara Sr. and Elaine (Davis) Ferrara and stepson of Ellen Ferrara.  He worked for Home Depot for 30 years last working at the Bethlehem store as the receiving manager.  He was raised in the Methodist faith.   Survivors: In addition to his parents and stepmother, he is survived by his daughters, Jordan Kalchick-Hess (Trevor), Devon Waldrop; sisters, Sarah Ferrara, Rebekah Rutledge (Derrick), Rachael Ferrara (Mark Goldfinger); brother, Andrew Ferrara (Nicole); stepsisters, Jean Savard, Cheryl Nemec (Andrew), Wendy Savard; and 6 grandchildren.  He was preceded in death also by a son, Michael and 1 grandchild.Services: Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 3:00PM at Christ United Methodist Church, 400 W.
