John Dale Forsythe

John Dale Forsythe, 79, of Northampton, PA. formerly of Hyannis, MA, passed away peacefully at Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center, Royersford, PA, on Saturday October 3, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Wendy (O'Brien) Forsythe, with whom he shared over 42 years together. Born in Brockton MA, he was the son of the late Jack and Elsie (Carlson) Forsythe. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Nebraska and a Master's degree from Western New England College. He served as a police K9 officer in Barnstable, MA. for many years before retiring.

Survivors: in addition to his wife, Wendy, he is survived by his daughter, Danielle Toirac (Jose); grandchildren, Hannah and Justice.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem, PA.
