Juana Isabel Rodriguez Perez, 82, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2020, while in the care of her family and the staff of St. Luke's Hospice House, Bethlehem. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Juan and Emillia (Rodriguez) Perez. She worked in a pharmacy for many years before retiring and was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors: She is survived by her son, Jose Polanco and his wife Joann of Bethlehem; daughter, Alexandra Polanco of Allentown, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Juan Perez and sister, Luztencia Perez, nieces, nephews and extended family.
