Judith Ann Payne, 82, of Bethlehem, passed away on February 25, 2021, while a patient in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late John W. Payne who passed in August 1998. Born in Newark NJ, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Lillian (DuBoise) Onque. She was a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and retired in 1990.

She is survived by her loving sister Barbara Jean Killen, 3 daughters, Candice A. Sutton, Donna A. Sutton, Roberta A. Britto, 17 grandchildren, and 25 ½ great grandchildren. Proceeded in death are her loving husband John W. Payne, son, James L. Onque, daughter, Mutiah Ali (Wonda A. Sutton),brother, Lawrence J. Walker, isters, Shirley Palmer, and parents, Lillian and Walter J. Onque.

Services: A Celebration of Life Reception is scheduled in New Jersey on March 27th, 2021. Place and time will to follow through family members as a venue is secured. Local arrangements are entrusted to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
