Kathryn Ann Speer, 57, of Whitehall, entered eternal life on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016 after a short and courageous battle with cancer. Born in New Hartford, NY, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Esther Speer. She was a graduate of Herkimer H. S. (1977) and attended Herkimer Community College. She worked for LifePath as an activity assistant until her illness asserted itself. Kathy, loved most her beautiful daughter Grace, she adored her fur babies, Baby, Kitten and Rose; and especially loved life as a "Friend of Bill" their fellowship and her plan of action. Kathy, enjoyed and loved her many friends and had a deep and abiding faith in God shown through her love of the bible and membership with Lehigh Valley Church of Christ in Bethlehem.

Survivors: She is survived by her daughter Grace E. Morse of Whitehall; sister, Jean Anna of Herkimer, NY; nephew, George Exley; niece, Kelli Delaney both of Rochester, NY. She was also preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters.

Services: A celebration of Kathy's life will take place on Saturday, Oct. 15th at 10:30 a.m. in Lehigh Valley Church of Christ, 3400 Broadhead Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18020. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. A Pot-Luck luncheon will follow the service in the Church Fellowship Hall. Online condolences may be left at www.jamesfuneralhome.org.
