Kevin Patrick Billy, 27, of Bethlehem, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 22, 2018, in his home. Born in New York City, he was the son of Servulus Billy and Milagros Mercado. He graduated from New York University with a degree in Business and worked as a clerk for UPS Shipping. He attended Holy Infancy R. C. Church, Bethlehem.

Survivors: Parents, Servulus Billy and Milagros Mercado, maternal grandparents, Samuel and Noemi Mercado, siblings, Monique Rios (Warren), Albert Steven Vazquez, Kitwan Billy, Sierra DeGale, Layla Billy Norman, nieces and nephews, Sierra, Sebastian, Nicholas, Noemi, Alicia, Aaliyah and A. Steven Jr. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Patrick and Helena Billy.
