Michael "Mike" F. Mihulec, 74, of Bethlehem, passed away on January 26, 2023. He was the loving husband of Gayle A. (Laubach) Mihulec, with whom he shared just over 48 years of marriage. Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late Francis Mihulec and Florence (Nielson) Mills. Mike graduated from Liberty High School in 1966. After graduating he began working for Bethlehem Steel until 1968, when he decided to enlist in the U. S. Air Force. He honorably served his country from 1968 to 1974, then returned to work at the Bethlehem Steel, working as an observer in the Basic Oxygen Furnace until retiring. Mike was a huge animal lover, enjoyed golfing and bowling and was an avid San Francisco 49ers Fan.

Survivors: In addition to his wife, Gayle, he will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Cathy and her husband, Pete Solivan Jr. and his grandchildren, Antonio and Gabriel Solivan.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to James Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
