Rafael Matos, Sr., 56, of Bethlehem, passed away in his home on March 8, 2016. Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Emilio Matos and Ana Delia Maymi. He was a painter for many years until becoming disabled and was a member of Holy Infancy R. C. Church, Bethlehem

Survivors: He is survived by his son, Rafael Matos Jr. and his wife Tanya of Bethlehem; daughters, Brenda Gonzalez-Matos of Connecticut, Crystal Matos of Bethlehem; Christina Cruz of Bethlehem; brother Mejito; sister, Anna and 8 grandchildren.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to gather Sunday evening beginning at 6:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem.
