Raymond Hernandez, 86, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He lived in Allentown and was formerly of Brooklyn, New York. He was the beloved husband of Carmen I. (Garcia) Hernandez, with whom he shared 64.5 years of marriage. Born in Manhattan, NY, he was a son of the late Manuel and Maria (Ortega) Hernandez, who had 9 children, survived by his twin sister, Aida. Raymond worked for many years in Wall Street, before taking a job in Governeir Hospital in New York as a Billing Clerk before retiring about 2003. He was of the Lutheran faith.

Survivors: in addition to his wife, Carmen, he is survived by his children,Mary Jane and husband Nelson, Raymond and wife Cynthia, Gilbert, Andrew and wife Lois, Roy, Jeannette and husband William; 10 Grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
