Rene Perez, 62, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on September 13, 2022 in St. Luke's Hospice House, Bethlehem. He was the beloved husband of Brenda (Jones) Perez, with whom he shared 26 years of marriage. Born in Brooklyn NY, he was a son of Heriberto and Teresa (LaSanta) Perez. He worked for the New York City Housing Authority as the supervisor of caretakers for many years and was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors: In addition to his wife, Brenda, he is survived by a a daughter, Latauni Perez of Virginia; son, Brendan McCarter of Bethlehem; sisters, Carmen Perez of Nazareth, Nancy Perez of Florida and a granddaughter, Naima.
