Robert A. "Mousie" Wachter Sr. 70, of Bethlehem, passed away in the home he lived in all his life, after a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of the late Mae Marie (Shannon) Wachter, who passed away June 25, 2017. They had been married 36 years. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Norman E. Sr. and Dorothy (Paine) Wachter.

He worked for a blacktop company for many years and later served as steward of the Lynn's AA Club for 10 years. Known as a "Barroom Athlete" he enjoyed playing pool, darts and cards at various clubs in the area including the Lynn's, Heights AA and many others.

Survivors: He is survived by his sons, Robert A. Wachter Jr.(Tyishe Sanderson-Wachter); Michael J. Shannon (Mirinda) all of Bethlehem Twp.; 3 sisters, Sandra, Norma "Jeanie", Carol, all of Florida and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother Norman "Sonny" Wachter.

Services: Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem.
