Rosario Garcia, 75, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. Born in the Dominican Republic, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Graciela (Fermin) Garcia. She was the former owner of LaTia Restaurant and convenience Store, a fixture in South Bethlehem for several years before retiring and was a parishioner of Holy Infancy Catholic Church.

Survivors: She is survived by her children, Jose Garcia of New York, Karen Garcia (Roberto Rivera) of Bethlehem, Jocelyn Garcia of Bethlehem; sisters,Dulce Garcia, Bienbenida Garcia; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 4 sisters.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday evening (Aug. 27th) from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center Street, Bethlehem and on Wednesday morning (Aug. 28th) from 9:00 to 9:45 AM at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
