Russell W. Stover, 45, of Sacramento Schuylkill County, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2026, surrounded by his family at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem. He was the fiancé of Kimberly "Kim" Frantz. Born in Philadelphia and later raised in Levittown, he was a son of Veronica (Rosini) Stover-Bethel and stepson of William Bethel. He attended Bucks County Technical School where he studied his first love, construction. He worked for Glen Collette until he went on to own his own company, RWS Construction. He attended University of Phoenix, where he received his master’s in computer science. His love of craftsmanship showed in all his work whether it was building projects or cars or computers. He excelled in it all. In 2015 he met the love of his life Kim and moved to Sacramento, Pa. He was closer to his land upstate that he spent his childhood at with his late father Greg and his family and friends. He loved being in nature just as much as helping others. If someone needed help with a project he was always the first one to offer his knowledge and help no matter what the project was. He loved snuggling his fur baby tito. He loved collecting Coca-Cola items and Marvin the Martian. He also loved to cook and bake and create allergy friendly items for him and his family.
Survivors: In addition to his fiancé, Kim; his mother, Veronica and Stepfather, William, he is survived by Kim's parents, Barbara and Steven Sholl, his brother Mark Stover, sisters Diana Helms (Stover), Theresa Lopez, nephews Jacob Helms, Chase Stover, and Leno Tores, nieces Viana Bethel, Leyla Dudeck,Gabriella and Danika Tores and many uncles and aunts. He is preceded in death by his father, Gregory Stover , his parental grandparents Harold and Mary Stover, and his maternal grandparents Veronica and Joseph Rosini.
Services: The family will be having a Celebration of Life for friends and family at a later date to be announced on on Facebook and/or by invitation. The interment will be private. Local Arrangements entrusted to JAMES FUNERAL HOME, Bethlehem.
