Sandra G. Reiss, 79, of Forks Twp., died on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 in her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Sterling E. Reiss, Jr., who died on June 3, 2016. Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Elinor (Holmes) Geffert. She owned a beauty shop in Wilson for many years then moving to Milford and became owner of the Old Time Restaurant. Later she worked for the Pike County Prison in the kitchen for many years until retiring in 2001. She was a member of Forks UCC Church.

Survivors: She is survived by her sons, Charles Reiss (Diane) of Bangor; Michael Reiss (Wendy) of Nazareth; sister, Shirley Schaffer of Brandon, FL; brother Richard Geffert (Ginney) of Bangor; grandchildren, Matthew, Morgan, Nicole and Brandon.
