Starr Lee Kromer, 67, of Bethlehem, passed away on December 28, 2018 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the beloved wife of Wayne T. Kromer and together they were married 39 years. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Margaret (Culp) Krotzer. She was a graduate of Allen High School.

Survivors: In addition to her husband, Wayne, are a son, Dwayne Kromer (companion, Angela) of Northampton; brother, William Krotzer of Allentown; sister, Maryann Wessler of Somerville and loved by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Judith and brother, Henry.
