Thomasina Grace D'Amico, 77, of Bethlehem, passed away in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. She had been residing at Gracedale in Upper Nazareth Township. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Salvatore and Laura (Shelbo) D'Amico. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help R. C. Church.

Survivors: She is survived by nieces and nephews and especially her niece, Donna Green who has been caring for her and a brother Daniel D'Amico. She was also preceded in death by 3 siblings.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd. Bethlehem. following the Mass, Thomasina will be laid to rest with her parents in Holy Saviour Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, Bethlehem.
