Vincent J. Amato, Jr., 61, of Bethlehem, entered eternal life on Monday, Sep. 17, 2018, while being cared for in ManorCare of Easton. He was the husband of Janine (Reider) Amato. Born in Easton, he was a son of Vincent Amato Sr. of Easton and the late Joan Marie (Philhower) Amato. He owned Amato Roofing for 40 years retiring, due to illness. He was a member of Lwr. Saucon Sportsmans Club and the Hellertown American Legion. He was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors: Wife, Janine; daughter, Celena Amato (Maurice Stewart) of Allentown; sons, Joseph Amato (Celia) of Easton; Chris Amato (Jess Ducker) of Bethlehem; sister, Sharon Yerger of Bethlehem; and granddaughters, Audrina and Gabrielle. He was preceded in death by sons, Anthony in 1986 and Vincent III in 2007.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, Sep. 22, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by his funeral service at 10:30 A.M. all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center St., Bethlehem 18018.
