William Oliver Shafer 69, of Fountain Hill, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 in Cedarbrook - Fountain Hill. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late, Richard A. and Janet V. (Aldinger) Shafer. He graduated from Northampton High School and served in U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was a self employed landscaper and did interior and exterior painting most of his life before retiring.

Survivors: He is survived by his sister, Patricia Dale of Northampton; nieces, Brenda Michalska, Andrea Radowitch, Aneasha Dale; companion, Patricia Riccaboni of Fountain Hill and her children, David, Jenn, Kendra, and Tommy. He is also survived by his great nephew and nieces, Hunter, Liliana, Izabela, Emilia, and Charlotte.
