Willibald P. " Wally The Butcher" Steiner, 90, of Bethlehem, died on April 30, 2015, in Holy Family Manor. He was the husband of Grace (Souders) Steiner. They were married 69 years in March. Born in Vera Cruz, he was the son of the late Emil and Mary (Kowald) Steiner. He served in the Army Air Corp as Sargent, during WWII, in the 8th Air Corps, 445 Bomb Group under Jimmy Stewart. Later he was a meat cutter for 28 years at "Moccio" Packing and 10 years at B & M Provisions, Allentown. He was a member of Notre Dame of Bethlehem R. C. Church and a member of VFW Post 2124 and American Legiion Post 576.
Survivors: He is survived by his beloved wife, Grace; son, Paul Steiner and his wife Margo of Stroudsburg; daughter, Mary Moyer and her husband Al of SC; daughter in law, Karen Steiner; sister, Lillian Epstein and her husband Daniel of Macungie; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, John Steiner in 2006 and brothers, Emil, Edward, Frank, Richard, George, Albert, and a sister, Ruth Globosits.
