Ray Spangler

Libera was a good friend of my father and mother, Ray and Doris Spangler. She sang in the Bach choir with my mom and lived down the hall from my dad. She always saved him empty Coca-Cola cans and Dixie cups for his arts and crafts. She was also so sweet. My dad also passed recently so it is nice to think that they are passing eachother in the halls of heaven. My most sincere condolences on behalf of my entire family.
