Dearest Scheerer family, My heart goes out to all of you and I am so sorry for your loss. Working with Mike was always a pleasure. His kindness and sincerity will be treasured forever. He brought me to Straight Arrow and always made me feel as if my role here was valued. Working here has been one of the best experiences in my career and I have made a second family here, which Mike was certainly part of. Mike was a great comfort when my Father passed in 2011 and then my mother just 2 Februarys ago from pancreatic cancer. Mike helped me navigate the two losses, and was much more than our Human Resources Director, but a true gentleman who lent an ear when it was needed. I will always think of him fondly.
