Susan Colon, 82, of Bethlehem, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020 in ManorCare Nursing Home after a brave battle with COVID-19. Born in Yabucoa Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Eulogio Rodriguez and Casimira (Diaz) Rodriguez. She was a secretary for many years, most notably at Durkee Famous Foods. She was of the Catholic faith and attended Holy Infancy Church, Bethlehem.
Survivors: She is survived by her sons, Rodney Colon (Karen) of Bethlehem twp.; Enrico Colon of Bethlehem, brother John "Julio" Rodriguez, sister, Eligia Rodriguez of Puerto Rico, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters.
Services:Services are private with burial to take place later in Puerto Rico. Arrangements by James Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
